Mr. Fernandez is a litigator who handles insurance defense, employment law and liability matters. Before joining Koch Parafinczuk & Wolf, Mr. Fernandez was a research assistant for Professor Candace Zierdt of Stetson University College of Law where he worked on a number of consumer law and commercial litigation issues. In addition, he also served as a law clerk for a law firm in Bonita Springs, Florida.

Mr. Fernandez graduated with Honors from Stetson University College of Law, where he placed in the top 2% of his class, magna cum laude, and also served as a Senior Associate for the Stetson Law Review. Mr. Fernandez has been published in the Stetson Law Review Local Government Law Symposium which discusses recent changes in Florida jurisprudence and their effect on the local practice of law.
