Mary Corbin is a litigator who focuses her practice on representing insurance carriers in first-party property insurance disputes, litigation, and pre-suit investigations. Ms. Corbin’s experience has allowed her to successfully defend insurance carriers and obtain favorable results, in court and through negotiated settlements. Prior to joining Koch, Parafinczuk & Wolf, she worked for a boutique defense firm in Boca Raton. Ms. Corbin’s experience also includes representing individuals, corporations, and other entities in the areas of real estate law, civil rights law, personal injury and negligence, employment law, and other commercial matters.
Ms. Corbin received her Bachelor of Science from the Vanderbilt University. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, graduating second in her class. While attending law school, she worked full-time for a national labor and employment law firm.
Prior to making South Florida her home and becoming an attorney, Ms. Corbin worked in Washington, DC at the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) as Manager of regional and bilateral programs in the International Policy Department.
