Mr. Serres is a litigation attorney who focuses his practice in the areas of insurance defense, first party property claims, breach of contract, and premises liability.
Mr. Serres earned his Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University where he graduated with a Degree in Philosophy and a minor in Psychology. Mr. Serres attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. He made the Dean’s List for two consecutive years. Additionally, Mr. Serres received multiple CALI Awards for Excellence in recognition of receiving the highest ranks in Negotiation and Advanced Legal Research. While attending Nova Southeastern University, Mr. Serres clerked at a well-established law firm working hand-in-hand with the partners on Complex Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy Law, Business Transactions, and Corporate Law cases.
Prior to joining Koch Parafinczuk Wolf Susen as an Associate, Mr. Serres’ primary focus was litigating first party property and breach of contract cases.
