Ms. Romero is a litigation attorney who focuses her practice in the areas of insurance defense, first party property claims, breach of contract, and premises liability.
Ms. Romero earned her Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University where she graduated with a Degree in Political Science. Ms. Romero attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor. While attending the University of Miami School of Law, she interned at the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office. While serving as a Certified Legal Intern at the Palm Beach State Attorney’s Office, Ms. Romero managed an active caseload and gained significant litigation experience through hearings and misdemeanor jury trials. Additionally, Ms. Romero interned at Miami Dade County Public Defender’s Capital Litigation Unit, where she conducted extensive research and provided assistance in various complex cases and a highly publicized criminal retrial.
Prior to joining Koch Parafinczuk Wolf Susen, Ms. Romero worked at a Social Security Disability firm where she represented clients nationwide before Administrative Law Judges.
Ms. Romero is fluent in Spanish.
