Susana Rodriguez is a litigation attorney who focuses her practice in the areas of insurance defense, first party property claims, breach of contract, premises liability and automobile accidents.
Ms. Rodriguez comes to Koch Parafinczuk Wolf Susen having gained valuable insight into the legal industry while serving as Juridical Intern to Judge James Lawrence King of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. In addition, as part of the ABA Judicial Intern Opportunity Program (JIOP) she interned for Judge Ellen Sue Venzer, of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, Criminal Division.
Ms. Rodriguez received multiple Commendation Certificates for outstanding Pro Bono service and a Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) Excellence for the Future Award in Florida Criminal Procedure. This distinction is awarded to the highest scoring student in each law school class for participating schools. During her final semester of law school, Ms. Rodriguez successfully argued a State appeal before the Third District Court of Appeal. She served as Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review and Alumni Chair of the St. Thomas Moot Court Board.
